Adding and Managing Students
Student records are the foundation of everything in SA3. Each student must be registered before they can be enrolled in a class or assessed.
Adding a Student
- Go to Admin Portal > Students
- Click New Student
- Enter the student's personal details: first name, last name, date of birth, gender, hometown, region, and enrollment date
- Enter guardian contact information
- Upload a student photo (optional)
- Save the record
Student Statuses
- Current -- actively enrolled
- Completed -- has finished their schooling at this institution
- Withdrawn -- left before completing
Students can be filtered and searched by name or status.
Privacy
Personal information such as passport numbers and guardian phone numbers is stored encrypted for security. Only authorised administrators can view this information.
